Better late than never

The team who is highly enthusiastic and very eager to learn new technologies on Knowledge Management. The team comprises of:

1. Ms. Aparna Rane is working as a Deputy Manager on Documentation and KM for the TEJASWINI in Maharashtra for the last one month
2. Mr. Sanjeev Persai is working as a Manager, Communications for the TEJASWINI in Madhya Pradesh, for the last two years.
3. Mr. Adrian Marbaniang is working as the Monitoring and Evaluation Officer for the NERCORMP in Meghayala for the last six years.

OTMAhead (Orissa, Tamil Nadu and Maharashtra ahead)

Team 2 is named as OTMAhead (Orissa, Tamil Nadu and Maharashtra ahead) which consisted of Mr. Chenthil Kumar from, PTSLP, Mr. Dilipsing Bayas from CAIM Maharashtra and Mr. Dipti Ranjan, OTELP, Orissa .
Mr. Chenthil Kumar look after the day to day montoring and evaluation activities at pmu level, and develop monthly periodical formats to review DIO staffs.
Mr. Dilip looks after knowledge management practices at pmu level and develops various reports for the stake holders.
Mr.Diptiranjan takes care of Capacity Building part of the Project positined at PSU,Bhubaneswar.

About the team:

The team comprises of professionals from three IFAD projects namely, NERCORMP, OTELP & MLIPH attending the KS Curriculum Workshop. The members of the team are Dimple, Kenneth & Pravanjan.
